Business Immigration UK Consultant Support, Cape Town

Our Business Immigration and UK Education Corporate Services department is looking to add a UK Consultant Support member to their team in our Cape Town office. This individual will work alongside our UK Business Immigration team and UK Education Corporate Services to assist with all their administrative immigration needs. Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and distributing inbound client communication
• Managing system generated workflows and client information

Application Management

• Prepare applications and supporting documentation
• Evaluate applications and assess documentation
• Maintain accurate database records and other electronic records in accordance with system verification requirements

Invoicing and Billing

• Ensure the invoicing process works effectively for clients
• Ensure invoices are dispatched to clients with the correct information and a format acceptable to the client
• Assist the Accounts function with any aged debt issues

Other

• You may be asked from time to time to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position
