Junior Draughtsman, Cape Town

How you'll role

As the Junior Draughtsman, you will produce design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC systems on AutoCAD MEP and Revit in accordance with company standards. You will need to ensure all manufacturing drawings meet drawing office standards. You will also need to collaborate with team leaders, project managers as well as external clients.

What you'll do

• Produce design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC systems on AutoCAD MEP and Revit
• Produce and maintain drawing registers, schedules and track administrative processes on projects
• Collaborate with team leaders, project managers as well as external clients

What you'll need

• 3 years' drafting/design work experience
• A formal qualification from a recognised tertiary institute in drafting or design
• Experience on AutoCAD and Revit
• HVAC design is not a requirement but advantageous
• To be proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• To be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver's licence
