Electrical Foreman / Site Agent, Cape Town

Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman with Experience in the Construction field .

Key Performance Areas:

Site Management

• Ensure the site is in working order
• Management of all project plans
• Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor
• Ensure timeous tool and material availability
• Complete snagging and de-snagging

Team Management

• Ensure employee productivity
• Maintain employee discipline
• Manage employee timekeeping
• Motivation of team members

Health and Safety Assurance

• Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification
• Ensure health and safety file is up to date
• Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP

Quality Assurance

• Maintain the highest quality on all jobs

Administrative

• All administrative functions related to the site management

Qualification and Experience:

8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman on a Construction site.

Electrical Trade Test Certificate

Wireman's license advantageous
