Canvasser - Real Estate & Property Industry (Atlantic Seaboard), Cape Town

Requirements:

• Matric/National Senior Certificate
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
• Previous experience within the property industry preferred
• Proven track record of targets vs. achievements
• Computer Literate (Ms Office Suite Applications)

• Identifying potential clients and properties
• Lead generation
• Research properties
• Contact lead prospects
• Manage lead distribution
• Manage all outbound calls and solve queries
• Present qualified leads to sales agents for follow up
• Capture relevant information onto database
