Maintenance Manager, Piet Retief

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering Degree - qualified Electrical Engineer with strong mechanical background
• GCC for factories
• 8 - 10 Years' maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Engineering team
• Provide response to maintenance services on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure
• Track all electrical/mechanical downtime including root causing analysis and make recommendations and implement processes and procedures to mitigate future downtime issues
• Increase site productivity by identifying and fulfilling maintenance needs, knowledge-gaps, and areas for continuous improvement
• Establish technical best practices and standard work and procedures to drive consistency and improve overall department performance
• Recommend and execute projects and improvement programs
• Develop a planned preventative maintenance plan
• Organize and manage the schedules of the maintenance personnel
• Maintain inventory of all parts and stock
