Logistics Co-Ordinator Retreat Area Cape Town

Our client in the Retreat Area is looking for a logistics coordinator / controller with up to 5 years' experience. Experience with international import is an advantage. You you're your own car to the area (own transport). Experience with domestic warehousing and couriers operations.

Salary Negotiable to experience Hours 07:30 to 16:30 office bound

Min Requirements

Matric and or

Grade 12 qualification

A qualification in International Freight Management/ Transport Economics or Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.

Up to 5 years relevant logistics co-ordinator experience from a product warehouse distribution industry

Good understanding of international import supply chain management.

Thorough knowledge of domestic warehousing and courier operations.

Responsibilities

Support the movement and storage of international inbound shipments.

Domestic distribution of stock.

Responsible for the flow and management of supply chain documentation

Liaise with couriers and outsourced warehouse

Capturing, filling, saving and printing data.

Complete supplier, freight forwarder and courier reports.

Ensure that all shipments arrive as scheduled and that all stock & components are checked,

unpacked and relabelled
