Are you a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a passion for coordinating complex cases? Our Medicine Clinic is looking for a Medicine Coordinator to manage specialist referrals and ensure seamless patient care from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary contact for referring vets, managing all specialist referrals

Gather patient history, medical records, and diagnostic information

Schedule and coordinate specialist consultations and procedures

Work closely with the clinical team to manage cases from admission to discharge

Ensure clear communication between referring vets, specialists, and pet owners

Maintain accurate records and oversee case administration

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a veterinary or medical administrative role (NON - NEGOTIABLE)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
