Duties & Responsibilities
To deliver a focused, high-quality level of customer service, while maintaining a safe, healthy and secure environment.
To ensure that the ticketing service product delivered is compliant to regulatory requirements that are in line with the
policies and procedures of both; the company as well as each of its individual customer airlines.
Perform ticketing, reservations and collection of excess baggage payments and to capture at all times an accurate and
detailed report of such services by means of the daily / monthly sales report.
Accurate and sequential issuing of documents, tickets, MCO’s and excess baggage receipts.
Accurate reconciliation of daily sales report versus actual cash on hand and credit card transactions
Banking on a daily basis, reconciliation of documentation to provide proof thereof.
Compliance to individual Airline policies and procedures.
Preparation and accurate execution of DBC’s (Denied boarding compensation)
Issuing of first need payments should it be required.
Monitoring of inbound flights MVT and PTM and taking action should they be delayed.
Re-booking of flights and arranging of accommodation for delayed / disrupted incoming and outgoing passengers.
Issuance of hotel and meal vouchers.
Reconciliation and timely ordering of required stock.


Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12
Basic knowledge of reservations
Computer literate
Minimum of 6 months aviation experience.
Client service orientated
Willingness to perform shift work
Must have a (Global distribution system) either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
Excellent communication skills
