We are preparing to open a beautifully considered café in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a Back of House team who understand that exceptional guest experiences begin in the kitchen.

The Role
You will form part of a kitchen team responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality product in a fast-paced yet refined environment. This requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work with care and precision under pressure.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a quality-focused kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and hygiene standards
• A disciplined and organised approach to your work
• The ability to maintain consistency in both preparation and presentation
• A calm, focused attitude during service
• Experience living and working in the UAE is highly advantageous

• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
• Following recipes and specifications with accuracy
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
