Sales Executive | Essential Services & OHS Industry, Cape Town

An established company within the essential services and OHS compliance sector is seeking a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to focus on business development, branch revenue growth, and client relationship management within the Cape Town market.

This role is best suited to a proactive sales-driven individual who is comfortable generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and contributing toward branch growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong external sales pipeline
• Conduct cold canvassing and proactive lead generation
• Develop and manage B2B client relationships
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the market to support branch growth
• Work closely with sales teams to drive branch revenue and performance
• Attend external client meetings and conduct site visits
• Meet sales targets and contribute toward overall branch objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years external B2B sales experience
• Proven new business development experience
• Existing client network/database or strong ability to generate own leads
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel
