Alaris Antennas is seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer: RF/Antennas to lead technical excellence in our RF Engineering discipline. This senior role is ideal for an accomplished engineer with deep technical expertise in antenna design or RF electronics and a passion for innovation in the defence and aerospace sectors. If you have 10+ years of proven leadership, recognized expertise in electromagnetic simulation or RF systems, and familiarity with defence/aerospace standards, we'd love to hear from you.Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
Required Nature of Applicable Experience
Recognised subject matter expert in your discipline— e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware
Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
Computer Literacy (Advantageous)
MATLAB
