Lead and manage a team of actuaries and researchers in the development of cutting-edge actuarial models, tools, and techniques. Drive research initiatives to enhance predictive modeling, risk assessment, and pricing strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, underwriting, and data science to integrate research findings into business strategies.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., FSA, FCAS, PhD) preferred. Qualified actuary. 10+ years experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a focus on research and development. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS for data analysis and modeling.
