GFIC is recruiting for the position requiring: A Degree in Food Technology (an MBA is a plus) Experience working for a distributor managing a team of Country ManagersOr experience working for a producer managing Food ingredients distributors Ability to develop new countries in Africa This role focuses on selling Food Ingredients B2B, not FMCG Responsibilities include: Developing business plans at country and sales team levels aligned with global targets Participating in the development and enforcement of global policies, structures,&tools Overseeing local office operations, costs, and capacity Monitoring sales and financial KPIs, implementing corrective actions Sharing best practices, encouraging cooperation, and leveraging synergies Requirements: Food Technologist with an economic background like an MBA Passion for Food and Food IngredientsResponsible for the development of African countries as an Area Manager Experience managing Country Managers and linking HQ with local teams Strategic focus with involvement in daily operations if needed Experience in Food Ingredients Distribution Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing a sizable team in at least one countryCommunicative, proactive, analytical, supportive Leadership&team skills Fluent in English; French and local languages are assets Willing to travel Apply only via the link in the ad, in English Seniority level
