This role is ideal for someone who understands project accounting and management processes, focused on the requirements of professional services firms and more specifically companies operating in the AEC industry. We are looking for a tech-savvy financial consultant who thrives at the intersection of finance and digital systems and who enjoy working directly with clients to deliver tailored ERP solutions. At Silversoft, we partner with professional services firms to optimise their business management operations through technology.Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP solution. Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to define and document solution requirements. Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions. Configure ERP modules (Finance, Project accounting and management, CRM, Resource Planning) in line with best practices.Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials to support project delivery. Deliver client training and provide go-live assistance to ensure successful system adoption. Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and solution enhancements post-implementation. Experience and Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in ERP implementation Experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to General Ledger, Project Accounting, and month- and year-end reporting processes. Strong understanding of project accounting Bachelor’s degree or diploma in financial accounting.Strong communication and client engagement skills.
