Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town) Duties&Responsibilities

Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis. Allocation of payments. Reconciling of debtors statements. Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts. Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis). Liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.Deadline Driven. Target Driven. High attention to detail. Team Player. Takes initiative. Ability to handle pressure. Desired Experience&Qualification

Experience in GoodX and Medemass (Elixir Live) system advantageous. 2-3 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred. Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Aid guidelines/rules/benefits (advantageous). Package&Remuneration
