Lead and manage project planning, scheduling, and execution. Design and implement electrical systems to meet project requirements. Integrate renewable energy technologies into engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to achieve project goals.Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and system optimisation. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Provide expert technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Electrical Engineering

or

Mechatronics Engineering . Proven experience in managing and delivering electrical engineering projects. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulationsAdditional Desired Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in

renewable energy projects . Familiarity with

PV plant engineering design . Strong understanding of

mechatronics principles . Knowledge of

SANS 10142-1

and

NRS 097 .
