The ideal candidate must have a B.com degree in accounting and have a background in financial services.Duties&Responsibilities

Qualifications: Completed BCom degree in accounting. 4 years or more in experience in Business investment or business finance-related role. Experience in banking/Insurance house non-negotiable. Sales and marketing will be an advantage. Skills: The individual needs to possess the ability to build and maintain relationships and have strong negotiation skills.Have the ability to meet strong targets every month. Analytical with a strong financial background. Analysing information. Deal Structuring. Deal Making. Persuading and influencing. Relating and Networking with People. Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. Delivering results and meeting clients' expectations.Job description: Creating detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, risk assessment and return calculations to guide investments. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships for the business. Assessing the financial health and potential risks of targeted companies through comprehensive due diligence.Organising and participating in networking events, conferences and industry forums to establish and strengthen business networks. Keeping abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics and economics trends to adapt investment strategies accordingly. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of client portfolios.Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the broader SME market. Structuring and negotiating viable financing solutions with targeted companies to optimize returns for the company based on the associated risk. Drafting comprehensive investment reports that communicate findings, risk and potential returns to stakeholders.Package&Remuneration
