Qualified

Red Seal Artisan

(Refrigeration preferred, Electrical will be considered) Extensive hands‑on experience within the trade Strong ability to follow and deliver structured curriculum Excellent communication skills across diverse South African audiences Confident and professional when presenting to groups Either holds an

Assessor Qualification

or willing to obtain one Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical training to apprentices and short course learners Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning sessions Ensure adherence to curriculum and training standards Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and professional learning environmentPersonal Attributes

Mature, grounded individual (approximately 45–50 years preferred) Stable and reliable, with strong personal discipline Able to integrate well into an established and committed team Passionate about skills development and mentorship What’s on Offer
