About the Job Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a Custom Applications Senior Analyst Programmer to join its fast‑paced Consultancy Services team. The role is a Full Stack .NET Developer that will act as a technical point of reference for implementations of integrations within consultancy services.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Microsoft Technology Stack

Proficiency in .NET C#, TypeScript, React, CSS3 (Bootstrap)

Strong command of code management, unit testing methodologies and build processes

Ability to work under tight schedules and manage heavy workloads

Excellent written and oral communication skills for client presentations

Analytical and problem‑solving skills

Knowledge of serverless technologies such as Azure Functions is an asset

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to deliver high‑quality design and technical documentation

Implement technical solutions for customer requirements

Analyse, implement and resolve issues in large‑scale, high‑impact implementations

Participate in development, integrations, product support and platform updates

Write and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle

Apply a Semi‑Agile approach as required by business needs

Collaborate with both on‑shore and off/near‑shore development teams

Deliver development work in line with Microsoft Business Solutions standards, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery

Act as a member of technical and design working groups within the practice

Adhere to best practice and client technical standards during all development

Keep team and project manager updated with progress and raise risks or issues through governance channels

Perform additional duties as instructed by the Practice Management team

Represent the client professionally and positively at all times

Complete internal processes and mandatory training on schedule
