RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Responsibilities

Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement Manage production schedules and coordinate services to optimize productivity Analyze employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to enhance productivity Implement process improvements and technological upgrades to increase efficiencyDesign control systems to minimize costs and production issues Develop design and production standards in collaboration with management and users Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production reports Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirementsTrain staff on new processes and provide instructions and manuals Maintain process documentation and ensure accurate production reporting Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in the Packaging industry Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues Organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office Benefits
