Founded on the principles of trust, quality and value, you will be joining a company known for their professionalism and expertise surrounding the dynamic property industry.What you will be doing: Reconciliation customer accounts to ensure accurate representation of outstanding balances. Resolution of any queries or issues with debtor statements. Producing accurate and timely debtor statements, reports and reconciliations. Generating accurate and timely invoices for customers using MDA software.Ensuring invoices are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations. Reviewing municipal accounts. Initiating necessary actions for timely collection of outstanding payments. Assisting portfolio managers with account queries. Loading new tenants and leases on MDA, as well as approving leases.Preparation and analysis of monthly arrear schedules. Capturing tenant receipts and scrutinising pre-billing checks. Sending tenant statements and liaising with the legal team on legal matters. What you need: Matric or relevant financial qualification required. Experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.Proficiency with MDA software essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to interact with tenants, with English proficiency required and Afrikaans beneficial. Capability to explain complex transactions clearly.Proactive in identifying credit risks and resolving arrears issues. Understanding of utility charges and tenant account management. Proficient in analysing tenant statements and transaction history. Job ID:
