Job Description Scopeof role
A senior position with a crucial role insupporting the marketing team by executing various marketing initiatives andcampaigns.
The position involves coordinating projects,managing content, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders toensure marketing activities are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Facilitating brand change and align inaccordance with the strategic direction of the company, ensuring successfulco-ordination of all corporate events, and management of media relations. Theideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strongcommunication skills. emphasizing the need for a qualified and experiencedcorporate marketing and communications professional.

Job Description
Developcorporate strategy into marketing and communications strategy and implement aspart of the overall corporate business plan.
Develop,implement and manage the communication strategy in conjunction with corporatecommunications and management for the relevant business units.
Managethe preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Briefingand managing external agencies (where used) in order to implement activitiesidentified in the communications strategy.
Managepress releases and ensuring accuracy of all press releases.
Sourcingquotations, processing of purchase order instructions, and managing the marketing and communications budget.
Establishand maintain working relationships with industry stakeholders, lobbyists, andkey customers.
Practicegeneral project management principles in day-to-day execution of project work.
Effectivecommunication with all project stakeholders.
Organizing Conferences,seminars,Exhibitions,Fund-raising,Promotions,Special events, Visits, tours,open-house days

Knowledgeof SharePoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Social Media, Mailchimp, Sway,FrontPage, WordPress and Advanced MS Office Suite
Proactiveand Self-Motivated: Abilityto take initiative and work independently while also being a collaborative teamplayer.
CreativeThinking: Abilityto think creatively and contribute ideas for innovative marketing approaches.
