Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Cape Town - Cape Flats (Maccassar - Landsdowne) The successful candidate will implement and maintain integration and co-operation of all aspects within the operation of the Company to ensure effective and efficient production, optimising yields and minimising waste. The candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager.Duties&Responsibilities

Plan and operate an efficient production of all products Minimise waste products Continuously improve and implement new systems and process technologies Oversee maximum product traceability Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of production areas Setting up production capital, operating and maintenance budgetsInvolved in the design, layout and setting up of new production lines Health and Safety Custodian Desired Experience&Qualification

Management and Food Technology Qualification (Not negotiable) 5– 8 years Management and Production Experience Sound knowledge of production processes Experience in lean manufacturing Excellent problem solving and Analytical skills Leadership and Management Skills Ability to relate at all levelsHonest, ethical with high performance standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Package&Remuneration
