What You’ll Be Doing Paid Social Ownership (Meta&LinkedIn)

LinkedIn: Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads, Document Ads

Full-funnel strategies spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion

Retargeting, prospecting, and audience expansion across both platforms

You’ll understand when and why to use each format and how Meta and LinkedIn play different roles depending on business model, audience, and funnel stage.

Own end-to-end paid social strategy across multiple accounts and markets

Structure accounts and campaigns for scalability, learning efficiency, and performance

Manage budgets holistically across platforms and funnel stages

Apply automation, audience expansion, and optimisation levers intentionally

Lead creative testing frameworks in collaboration with design and copy teams

Align paid social strategy with landing pages, CRO, and on-site experience

Performance&Growth

Optimise towards revenue, pipeline quality, and profitability, not vanity metrics

Analyse performance across the full funnel (prospecting→ retargeting → conversion)

Forecast performance and model outcomes for clients and pitch work

Diagnose performance issues across creative, audience, messaging, and UX

Client&Internal Leadership

Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients

Clearly explain performance, strategy, and trade-offs in commercial terms

Push back when needed using data, logic, and platform expertise

Collaborate closely with PPC, CRO, Analytics, and Creative teams

Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves

5+ years hands-on experience in paid social / paid media

Advanced, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads

Strong, practical experience in LinkedIn Ads (B2B and/or high-value B2C)

Proven results across ecommerce and/or lead generation / pipeline-driven accounts

Comfortable owning accounts independently and at scale

Experience with CRM integrations and lead routing

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.

Experience with clay.com and Dripify

Agency background

GA4, GTM, and attribution knowledge

Experience with email marketing

German speaker

Knowledge Sharing&Upskilling (Important) We’re looking for someone who enjoys teaching and enabling others.

Cross-team collaboration to upskill colleagues

Staying current with platform updates, creative trends, and best practices

Sharing insights and learnings across the business

Supporting teammates with strategy, troubleshooting, and account reviews

Leading or contributing to training sessions, workshops, or internal documentation
