Beauty Salon Receptionist / Therapist, Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa

My Cape Town based client has established skincare clinics in Green Point and Claremont (Cape Town) and is looking to add a Receptionist / Therapist to the team. The successful candidate will need experience as either a Beauty Therapist / Nail Tech and will see to the day-to-day bookings, admin, treatments, etc.

Requirements:

• ITEC accredited Beauty Therapy qualification (advantage)
• IPL / Laser certification (advantage)
• 1 - 2 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist / Nail Tech
• Strong admin skills and communication skills
• Honest and reliable
• Open to being trained
• Immediately available (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookings
• Ensure consistency of services
• Admin
• Manage e-mails
• Open / close store
• Daily cash-ups
• Manage therapists' schedules

Working Hours:

• Monday – Saturday
• 07:00 – 16:00 (while on probation)
• 07:00 – 18:00 (after probation

Remuneration:

• Basic + Commission + Bonus
