LASER & SKINCARE THERAPIST

RONDEBOSCH - Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape (South Africa)

REPORT TO: Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Saturday
• 08:30 - 18:00 (include lunch)
• CLOSED on Sundays & Public Holidays

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,500 - R10,000 (Based on desired skills & experience)
• Service Commission (Sliding Scale 5% - 14%)
• Retail Commission 10% upon achieving R5,000 (commission is then calculated from R1+)
• Performance incentives 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Professional salon or spa experience post-graduation 
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
3. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)
4. BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics - Highly beneficial
5. BONUS - LASER / IPL Certified
6. Minimum of 2+ Years performing LASER services
7. Confident and knowledgeable on Hair Growth cycles, & the effects of LASER
8. Experience performing LASER rejuvenation facials therapies
9. Confident retailer - ability to prescribe home care confidently
