Grey Human Capital is a boutique HR consulting and organisational psychology practice based in Paarl, South Africa. We partner with clients across multiple sectors to deliver practical, legally grounded people solutions - spanning HR advisory, industrial relations, organisational development, remuneration benchmarking, employment equity, skills development, and people analytics. Our work is hands-on, client-centred, and grounded in South African statutory and professional frameworks.We're looking for a junior consultant with a solid grounding in HR or I/O Psychology who wants to develop in a consulting environment. You'll work directly with clients and alongside our senior consultants across a varied portfolio of work. The role suits someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating with a degree of independence.What You'll Do
HR consulting across multiple clients - IR advisory, disciplinary and grievance processes, policy development Organisational development: job profiling, culture surveys, performance management frameworks Employment Equity planning, reporting, and committee support Research, report writing, and drafting professional client-facing documentsPsychometric assessments and interpretation (where applicable) People analytics - survey analysis, HR reporting and dashboards Coaching, workshop facilitation and training What You Need
Honours degree in I/O Psychology, HRM, or a related field, Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, generalist HR, or a similar role Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation - LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA Excellent verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and EnglishAble to manage multiple priorities across different clients and meet deadlines consistently Nice to Have
HPCSA registration SABPP membership Experience with psychometric platforms Experience with remuneration tools (21st Century, REMchannel) SETA experience
