Software Trainer, Cape Town

As a Software Trainer, you'll teach our clients how to use the software we provide. You'll do this by teaching them how to get more customers and increase their business. You'll be required to complete training programs for new users on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

1. Conducting Seminars and workshops to educate employees on the software, including how to use the program’s features and functions
2. Providing onsite customer support for users of the software, such as answering questions about how to use the software or troubleshooting problems
3. Creating computer training materials such as slides, text, and other visual that can be used to teach others how to use a piece of software
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about new products and industry trends related to computer software to provide effective training
5. Creating documentation for training materials and providing feedback to authors who are creating documentation for software products

Qualifications

1. Tertiary qualifications or related certification in Information systems/technology or related field
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software training
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience in creating digital training material for distance learning
