Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team, providing mentorship and direction. Formulate electrical engineering strategies aligning with organizational objectives. Design and assess electrical systems for solar and renewable energy ventures. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate electrical systems with project components. Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of electrical systems. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc. or in Electrical Engineering. Registered member of Professional Engineers. Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar and renewable energy. Profound understanding of electrical systems design, deployment, and operation. Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing solar and renewable energy projects. Strong leadership and management acumen. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
