Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Proficiency in estimation software and tools Strong knowledge of construction contracts, codes, and regulations Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Well-organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and independently
