Your Superpowers

Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)Experience: 12 – 24 months in a Sales/ Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment)Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approachCommunication: High proficiency in written and verbal EnglishTech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation

Your Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs.Identify vulnerable customers and provide additional support.Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity.Use your product knowledge to proactively solve problems.Work to tight deadlines to meet service delivery targets.Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws as well as regulatory compliance.
