Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable Engineering Consulting firm, that is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Cape Town!

Key requirements:

Mechanical Engineering degree (/BSc) 1-2 years minimum experience Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. (Excel/Word/MS Project)

Key responsibilities:

Perform engineering calculations to support design work Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors Perform general mechanical design work Perform pressure Vessel code calculations and do designs in collaboration with a client Liaise with clients in a professional manner Compilation of documentation for tenders and technical submissions Handling equipment procurement, assembly, configuration, installation, and commissioning activities associated with water treatment projects Performance testing and reporting
