Junior Portfolio Manager - Body Corporate, Milnerton

A Junior Portfolio Manager is required for a fast-paced sectional title/body corporate environment. Minimum Requirements

• Experience in body corporate / sectional title management
• Experience using WeConnectU (advantageous)
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
• Financial or accounting background (strong advantage)
• Ability to quickly learn new CRM systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and portfolio management duties, including:

• Budget preparation and financial administration
• Extensive email correspondence with trustees, owners, and contractors
• Drafting notices, issuing fines, and maintaining compliance documentation
• Preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes
• Understanding and following meeting procedures for trustee meetings and AGMs
• Supporting or independently managing sectional title portfolios (depending on experience)
• Attending after-hours trustee meetings and AGMs
