CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Mid Career CPT - Northern Suburbs Permanent
Job Duties:
- Maintain customer relationships through effective service delivery
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks to retain and grow portfolios
- Resolve inquiries and escalate issues promptly
- Ensure portfolio satisfaction and data integrity
- B Degree/ Diploma in relevant field
- 3-6 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics
- Excellent English language skills
- Valid driver’s license with transport
