Successful candidates will be given a 12-month contract to work in one of our retail brands. You will engage with numerous individuals and teams in the business who will share their experience, knowledge, passion, and purpose, to help you successfully enter the world of work.

Responsibilities: 

• To have displayed a strong entrepreneurial style, i.e. display strong trader mentality
• A strong interest in retail
• Sound knowledge of supply chain processes
• An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
• An analytical, detailed, and strategic approach to problem solving
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• To confidently influence and persuade at all levels
• Strong numerical ability
• Basic ability in MS Excel
• Passion for analysis, data, and numbers
• Problem solver

Must be a team player

To be Eligible for this program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged between 18 to 28 years old
• Must be available immediately and willing to work a fixed term 12 month contract
• Be a South African Citizen
• Have a completed National Diploma in Business Management/ BCom or related studies with majors in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, and or Maths
• Must be unemployed

Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
