SME Marketing Campaign Specialist, Cape Town

Requirements:

• Must have a Marketing Diploma or Degree.
• 4 to 6 years' experience in SME marketing campaign management.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working with B2B or SME customer segments.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Strong campaign and project management skills.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into campaign execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• AI learning agility and ability to adopt new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive SME acquisition and growth.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, and events.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and delivery across teams and agencies.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives.
• Develop deep understanding of SME customer behaviour and needs.
• Translate insights into effective campaign messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline opportunities.
• Track campaign performance against KPIs including acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Optimise campaigns using performance data and insights.
• Work with data teams to measure ROI and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, digital, commercial).
• Manage external agencies and partners where required.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all SME marketing activities.
