My Client based in Cape Town is seeking a Training Manager to join their dynamic team.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager
  • Assessor and Moderator Qualification with the Services SETA
  • End-to-End programme delivery - full life cycle
  • Facilitator leadership - lead, coach and develop fascilitators
  • Facilitator eveluations
  • Learner engagement, monitoring and assesments
  • Tracking delivery performance
  • Quality Assurance - meet SETA/QCTO requirments
  • Oversea moderation readiness
