Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Cape Town to join a fast-growing customer support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or individuals looking to start a career in customer service or call centre support. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high-quality service experience across phone, email, and chat channels.

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (required)
- Basic computer literacy (email, typing, systems)

- No experience required (call centre or customer service experience advantageous)
