Sales Consultant (Cape Town)

A well-established company within the automotive accessories industry is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

We are looking for energetic sales professionals with strong interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and the ability to effectively represent the brand within diverse customer markets. This role is best suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are motivated by performance and commission-based earnings.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably within retail or the automotive accessories industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional presentation and approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven and KPI-focused environment
• Comfortable with commission-based earning structures
• Leadership or management experience advantageous
• Passion for the automotive industry advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable automotive accessories and products
• Drive sales and consistently achieve targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Promote and represent the brand professionally
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings
• Ensure showroom/store presentation standards are maintained
• Support overall branch sales performance and team objectives
