Project Manager - Renewable Energy&Energy Efficiency, Cape Town

Our client, a leading renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions provider with national operations, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to plan and oversee energy and water projects across South Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional with renewable energy experience to manage cutting-edge projects in solar, battery storage, hydro, and energy efficiency sectors.

Cape Town (Preferred), Durban or Centurion | National Travel Required

Requirements

BEng (Mechanical or Civil Engineering), B.Sc Eng (Mechanical or Civil Engineering), BTech (Mechanical or Civil Engineering)

Minimum 3 years' experience in Renewable Energy and/ or Construction Management

Experience with planning and overseeing Energy and/or Water projects

Experience with Solar PV systems (design, installation, commissioning)

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) experience

Hydro or other renewable energy technologies exposure

Project management experience from concept to completion

Construction site management and supervision experience

Highly Advantageous

Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
