We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Foreman based in Cape Town to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations ensuring efficiency and safety

Coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Assist in resource planning and scheduling

Qualifications

Matric certificate required.

Minimum 3 years of related experience in the construction environment.

Must reside in Cape Town.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
