Reports To: Director of Manufacturing / Manufacturing Executive

Responsibilities Planning&Coordination

Ensure materials are ready to meet production needs.

Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to review requirements.

Generate and distribute work orders and production schedules.

Adjust schedules proactively based on operational changes.

Align production timelines with forecasts and strategic goals.

Recordkeeping&Administration

Accurately capture production data.

Track and report on delays, changes, or cost shifts.

Handle various administrative duties as needed.

Experience&Knowledge

Minimum 2 years in a production planning role.

Solid grasp of production workflows and quality principles.

Skills&Strengths
