Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Controller. Highly effective skills and techniques. Knowledge of warehouse Syspro ERP software and MS Office proficiency. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse activities and interface with other operational departments. Strong Organisational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Interface with internal customers and external customers to answer questions or solve problems. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to manage warehouse. Action and coordinate activities with other departments ( Sales / Services).Daily/Weekly&Monthly stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy Filing of shipments loading&pickings sheet.
