Role Overview The Social Media Manager owns the planning, execution, and optimization of social media efforts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact. This role blends creative storytelling with performance analysis—managing content calendars, producing high‑quality visuals and copy, engaging communities, and optimizing results across multiple platforms.
You will act as the brand’s digital voice, translating company initiatives, products, and stories into compelling social content that resonates with target audiences. This role is ideal for creative, detail‑oriented social media professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and balance creativity with data‑driven decision‑making.
Your Impact Your work will strengthen brand presence and audience trust through consistent, high‑quality content and community engagement. By analyzing performance and optimizing strategy, you’ll improve reach, engagement, and ROI across platforms. Your storytelling will support marketing and growth objectives while building meaningful connections with followers and potential customers.
Core Responsibilities Social Strategy&Content Creation— 35%
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Create original content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X/Twitter
Produce short‑form videos, graphics, testimonials, and visual stories
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Write platform‑specific copy that reflects brand voice and drives engagement
Design and edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Maintain consistent visual and messaging standards across all content
Adapt formats platform‑specific features and best practices
Community Management&Engagement— 25%
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
Foster positive, professional, and engaging online communities
Manage sentiment, moderation, and on‑brand interactions
