We’re looking for a

driven, high-energy Call Centre Sales Agent

to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with US-based business owners, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the funding process in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This is a

Key Responsibilities

Execute

high-volume outbound cold calling

(150–200+ dials daily) to engage potential business clients

Confidently handle objections and maintain control of conversations with decision-makers

Identify business needs quickly and position suitable funding solutions

Build and manage a consistent pipeline through effective qualification and follow-ups

Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems in real time

Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in

outbound B2B sales or high-volume cold calling environments

Excellent verbal communication with a

clear, confident, neutral English accent

Strong

objection handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to consistently perform at

150–200+ dials per day

in a fast-paced environment

High energy, motivated, and resilient with the ability to maintain performance under pressure

Exposure to

UK or US markets

is highly advantageous

Strong organisational skills with accurate CRM and pipeline management

Fully committed to

on-site work and US-aligned hours
