As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a key support role in ensuring parcels are collected and delivered on time across Pargo’s courier network for a specific portfolio of Pargo client base. Reporting into the Delivery Operations Team Lead, you’ll work closely with courier partners, internal teams, and tracking systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
What you will be responsible for Operational Support Assist with the daily monitoring of parcel movements across courier networks for a specific portfolio of Pargo’s client base.
Track parcel statuses using internal systems and follow up on delays or exceptions.
Log and elevate delivery issues to the relevant courier partner or internal team.
Support the implementation of courier performance tracking (e.g. late collections, delivery failures).
Update delivery statuses and ensure parcel tracking data is accurate and up to date.
Communicate with courier partners on parcel handovers, delivery timelines, and exceptions.
Help ensure couriers are following agreed procedures and timelines.
Support the courier onboarding and setup process when required.
Reporting and Administration Compile and maintain basic delivery performance reports (e.g. missed collections, delays).
Assist in gathering data for service level agreement (SLA) tracking.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and internal records related to deliveries.
Work closely with the Customer Service and Client Success teams to resolve delivery-related customer queries.

Detail-Oriented:
You’re accurate and methodical in tracking parcel data and following up on issues.
Good Communicator:
Able to communicate clearly with courier partners and internal teams via email, chat, and phone.
Problem Solver:
Proactive in spotting and escalating potential delivery problems.
Organised&Reliable:
Able to manage multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines.
Team Player:
You enjoy working within a team and supporting shared goals.
Core technical skills
1–2 years’ experience in a logistics, courier operations, or call centre environment.
Familiarity with parcel tracking systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Matric required; additional logistics or operations training is a plus.
Strong computer literacy (Excel, email, and internal platforms).
