As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will bring our brand and campaigns to life across print and digital platforms. Working closely with Marketing, Merchandise, and Photography teams, you will create impactful, customer-centric designs that align with brand CI and enhance the overall customer experience.

**What you will love doing in this role**

* Creatively execute on design briefs from marketing* Collaborate with merchandise and photography on product and image selection* Develop design templates for print material, plan layouts&prep for publication* Produce considered and quality design that follows current print design best practices* Roll out campaign artwork from key visuals across multiple sizes, platforms, and mediums* Implement use of brand CI, marketing directives and themes across multiple publications* Ensure continuity of design across print materials* Prepare repro-ready files* Ensure design always considers the user perspective, customer experience and customer journey

**What you’ll need to do this role**

* A relevant qualification in Graphic Design* A strong and relevant design portfolio* Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in print design with focus on large layout design* Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in digital design* An understanding of digital and mobile first design and best practices* A good understanding of UI and UX principles* Experience in an online retail environment wouldbe advantageous* Experience in an e-commerce environment would be advantageous* Expert in Adobe InDesign* Competent in Adobe XD* Competent in Adobe Photoshop
