Overseeing and coordinating all cellar and harvest activities Managing and overseeing the entire bulk and bottled wine production process, including blending and stabilisation Managing activities of the services cellar and liaising with clients in production of their wines Supervising and managing cellar staffMaintaining and managing quality control systems Procuring necessary chemicals Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Contributing to brand promotion and product development All other tasks related to this position Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture and Oenology Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar managerial position
