Responsibilities Job Overview:

Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety compliance and team performance are consistently achieved.

Control and report product quality parameters

Update and maintain shift report

Control product, production processes and raw material stock level

Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment

Regular plant inspections and report deviations

Ensure adherence to safety, health and hygiene standards

Ensure adherence to document control policies

Update shift time sheets

Managed team, ensure team is trained on operational process

Qualifications

Grade 12 and/or Relevant National Training Certificate/Qualification

Four to five years relevant FMCG experience

Proven supervisory experience
