Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent tech support, including maintaining, managing, and repairing IT systems. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization. Work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities. Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.Desired Experience&Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years in a similar role. MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems. Network configuration experience. User administration: Setup and Maintenance. A+/N+ certification. Advantageous Tech Skills: Security tools. Office 365.Experience with WAN/LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow). Industry Experience: Banking Telecommunication Services
